Prayer Labyrinth
On the lawn of the Abbey grounds outside the Center for Spirituality, is a Labyrinth, an ancient meditation and prayer tool. Combining the images of circles and spirals, one is invited to walk its path representing a journey to our own center and back again out into the world. It is a tool of integration between the mind and body; a time to surrender to life's journey with an open heart and open mind. Walking the labyrinth creates a sacred space that fosters wholeness, healing and spiritual renewal.
The labyrinth is open during daylight hours and is located on the north side of the Abbey adjacent to the parking lot. Directions for walking the labyrinth can be found inside the Center’s doors.
